Finding Copier Leasing At A Corporate Convention

By:

Corporate conventions can sometimes seem a little boring. Well, let's start again corporate conventions usually seem incredibly boring. Recently however, I managed to find some fun activities. I mingled with some folks from a business phone services company. I met with some distributors who had prior been mere voices on the phone or names at the bottoms of emails, nice folks one and all. I also looked into a number of options for copier leases. My company started as just me and my wife working out of a home office but as we've expanded and hired and bought a small office space it has become more and more necessary to invest in equipment to keep our growth consistent and our ability to take on new work unquestioned. The next phase it seemed might be to go out and rent a copier or two. I know the folks we have working for us would appreciate it.

Prior to the convention actually I had been considering a full on purchase of one of these huge copy machines. Honestly I had not even considered that copier rental or copier leases were an option. I was super excited to find out they were though because while I think having available copy machines is incredibly important at this phase in my business's growth I do not think I need to incur all of the responsibilities ownership would dictate. These things like regular maintenance and general software upkeep are the kinds of things my grandfather used to call the problems of possessions.

With copier leases I don't have to be so concerned about the state of the copy machine. When it's time is up I can just send it along and upgrade to a copier rental that is more up to date and better equipped to handle my needs. Which brings me to the other great thing about a copier lease. My needs are not yet fully defined. It seem like every few months I have to reassess what I am doing and where we are as a company. I am not complaining, it has been a thrill thus far. As a result though who knows where I will turn up in a few months or years when the copier elase runs out. I may have moved offices, I may have multiple offices, or I may have shrunk my staff and gone back to a smaller space. Here's hoping that last one does not happen(I have a good feeling it will not) but you should be prepared for both the best and worst. Surprises in business should be kept at a minimum. Stability is the goal. Copier leasing is going to be a great assistance in finding some of that stability.
