Only 2% of women in the world have supermodel bodies. Most of us will never have the chance to sashay down the catwalk like Gisele Bundchen. Still, it's better to love and cherish your own body rather than want someone else's. Even so, there are some ideas you can take from the supermodel's book to feel good about yourself.

Get enough sleep. Shakespeare wrote, "Sleep that knits up the raveled sleeve of care." the most common effects from lack of sleep are dry grey skin; dull, bloodshot eyes and an unattractive tendency to space out, causing traffic accidents. Your sleeping time should be uninterrupted. Darken the room, post a "do not disturb" sign on the door and forget everything else. If you can't make 8 hours, there's always a catnap. Usually lasting 15-20 minutes, you wake up feeling incredibly refreshed and ready to take on the world!

Stand up straight! Imagine Gisele Bundchen strutting into a room; all eyes are instantly drawn to her. Her shoulders are held back, her spine is straight and her chin is held high. Good posture commands attention. The clomping walk is completely optional. Try it yourself; you'd be amazed at how many people notice you. Good posture improves your breathing as well, allowing you to speak more authoritatively even if you have no idea what's going on.

Fake it. No one knows what goes on in a model's mind when she's walking down the runway except the model herself. She might be thinking of stealing the shoes she's wearing but to the rest of the world, she's working that fierce look like there's no tomorrow. Likewise, you only show what you want others to think you're feeling. Nobody will know you're nervous over your presentation unless you actually show it.

It's okay not to look like a supermodel. That's their job. Even so, you can't go wrong when you take care of yourself and project confidence.
