Myth 4 Low Carb Plans are the secret. Guess again. They are very strict and very hard to follow for most people. And it's very difficult to stay on it for a long time. So when you go back to regular eating here comes the fat back.

You're not eating the right foods or the right types of calories at each mean and you're not eating at the right times. Easy does it. Food is NOT the enemy.
