Some people may say "everything in moderation" but that does not work with everything. Its also not good to drink wine at night. Alcohol is a gland destroyer. This can really hurt. It may set you back for hours or even days.
When you implement these hormone triggers correctly through the body type diet you are going to find that weight loss will be much easier and much faster as well. You should start to see what a waste of time it is simply counting calories when using hormone triggers to burn fat is so much more effective.
