Say for instance you eat two creamy filled donuts, that is 600 calories, at about 5 oz total volume of food. But what if you were to replace that food type with a large bowl or salad. You would end up with 6-7 oz in volume but just about 100 calories. So I kept the same volume so you know that you will be just as full, but I changed the food type.

This technique is great for losing weight fast. Using this tactic you can reduce the amount of caloric intake by 50% a day, without starving yourself of ever feeling hungry.
