Its almost that time again for Victoria Beckham. One of the most
fashionable women in the world is finally having a girl! Eva Longoria and Ken Paves hosted Victoria Beckhams all things pink baby shower this weekend. The entertainer turned designer celebrated the imminent arrival of her little girl in true Hollywood
star-studded fashion.
Guests included Nicole Richie, Demi Moore and celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe (who just so happens to be expecting a little one of her own soon) amongst a small intimate group of friends. The A-listers gathered in Beverly Hills, Calif. at Petit LErmitage Hotel. In accordance with the pink theme, Beckhams celebration featured masterful centerpieces of pink Hydrangeas, pink Gerber Daisies and pink chairs circled the rooftop pool.
Victoria wore a purple v-neck dress to the plush soiree. Posh and guests sipped ice teas as well wishers celebrated the mother of honor and showered her with gifts. Already the mom to three boys with husband David, the pregnant star was gifted pink items for her little girl. Gifts included a Quinny Buzz stroller, a baby bathrobe, bassinet, Balboa Baby nursing pillow, a stuffed giraffe, books and clothes.
The birth of Victorias little girl has been a long time coming. There is nothing like the bond a mother shares with her daughter. Perhaps Posh will feel complete after she has her little girl. Only time will tell. The arrival of Victorias daughter will definitely add some much needed girl power to the growing household.
Perhaps Beckham will finally be inspired to make kids couture clothing. Her little girl has to wear something. For now, congrats to the Beckham family on the wonderful new addition, were foreseeing a great adventure for them all.
Now for the biggest question of all, what will they name baby girl Beckham? Theres nothing wrong with being creative with baby names, but lets hope for some sanity from the Beckhams. No countries, no foods and no cities. Will the world know what to do with a Beverly Hills Beckham? No offense Brooklyn. Whatever they decide, itll undoubtedly be as fabulous as the Beckhams are.
