Farmville Helper Tip - Why Periodical Upkeep Of Your Farm Is Important

By:

It's always best to get your spring cleaning finished early before things grow out of control, and the same goes for your Farmville farm also. The good part about cleaning your farm is it is simple and enjoyable, and most likely doing this will help improve your future Farmville game experience.

Why Organizing Your Farm Matters

The best way to clean your farm is by arranging your things and optimizing valuable space. Just like in real life, you periodically should rid yourself of things on your Farmville farm. Doing so allows room for more animals, crops, and trees. Which in turn equals more experience points and coins. Once your farm is well structured your farmer will be able to move around faster, meaning less time you will have to wait for him to accomplish essential responsibilities such as plowing, planting and harvesting.

Organizing Clutter

Before you can organize your farm you will need to decide what you will want to do with your things. You essentially have 3 alternatives. One option is to store your items within Farmville buildings, such as greenhouses, sheds, and barns. If you choose this method you can store any size item in any structure, but you will be limited to only a few items per building. If you require additional buildings you can either purchase them or expand current structures. Personally I prefer to host a barn raising using my news feed. If you elect to go this route you might want to post your barn raising requesting your friends and neighbors for help. Before doing so it is worthy to note that you will require ten people to help you inside a three day period. Hence being time is of the essence I suggest sending your friends and neighbors a message asking for help. During your barn raising each person can help once a day.

Clearing the Clutter

For those of you that decide you no longer want any of your things, then you might want think about selling your stuff. Just note that once you do this that these items will no longer be available, so click on these items prudently. It is best to initially concentrate on any items that do not make you coins or experience points. For example if you are still hanging onto your Christmas tree, get rid of it immediately to create room for new spring and summer items. Then focus on selling duplicate items, like benches. If you have ten of them then consider selling 8 or nine of them. If you possess other duplicate items you are unsure about, say gazing balls or sunflowers, you might hang onto one of them and sell off the other duplicate items.

The third option of organizing your Farmville farm would be to enlarge it. This approach might not be for everyone, for you will need an adequate amount of coins and neighbors in order to do so, or use Farm Cash. Though costly, expanding your farm allows for more precious room and raises your likelihood of future coins and experience points, while minimizing your need to purge.

While organizing your farm, you ought to keep in mind that you will be acquiring new stuff as you continue to play Farmville. So much so that before you know it you will once again want to organize your farm, particularly when you take into account all the daily and sometimes multiple daily gifting opportunities available. Not to mention the specialized gifts that become offered throughout holidays and the changes of season. Plus who knows, you might come by a better version of a previous specialized seasonal item.
