There are a couple of benefits to having a dairy farm. If you are to purchase twenty cows without a dairy farm they will take up far more space than in the dairy farm. Also, its much easier to collect the milk from all the cows with one simple action, which saves a lot of time. Another animal that you can build a special home for in order to save space is the chicken. There is a special chicken coop that can hold up to twenty chickens. But you can have only one on your farm, so avoid having more than that so you can fit them in your coop.

You cannot simply purchase many of these animals with just coins. Actually, the only animals you can buy with coins are pigs and sheep, but they take up too much space, and arent very profitable to the farm. With farm cash you can buy special types of animals such as different types of chickens and an orange tabby. You can sometimes get lucky with a couple of seasonal specials that come up for limited periods of time.
