Faniq On Carmelo Anthony

Three NBA teams that completed the 13-player trade between them on Tuesday were the New York Knicks, the Denver Nuggets, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Although it was agreed by the teams that the trade would be completed on Monday, it couldnt get finalized until Carmelo Anthony signed his contract extension with the Nuggets for $65 million, which will be paid to him over a period of three years, which is his extended contract term. Anthony is set to join fellow All-Star Amare Stoudemire in the frontcourt, and as a result, the Knicks will get two of the best basketball players in NBA.

Knicks President Donnie Walsh said that they always wanted at least two high-level players in the team.
