There are also reading glasses easily available in the market. An adequate distant should be maintained while watching TV and sitting in front of the computer for long time.

3.A Regular Eye check-up: It is necessary to have your eyes checked on a regular basis. Many times, the doctor prescribes suitable glasses. These eyeglasses if worn on regular basis will not only improve your eyesight, but also help us to regain back our original strength of eyes.

4.Healthy Right and Nutritious food: It is most important to eat healthy foods, which are rich in vitamins. Fresh fruits rich in vitamin A and E can prove to be very helpful for your eyes.

Thus, having good eyesight and retaining it for your entire lifetime is not an easy task and you have to be very careful on this front.
