The estates garden is one of its most impressive features as the enclave includes a nine-hole golf course and one of the largest swimming pools in the state (15m x 46m) while a 270m canoe run with a 100 foot waterfall is also a feature of the environs. Formal gardens, quaint tropical gardens and Italian gardens are also found within the expansive space which also features rose gardens, terraced gardens and sunken gardens while a dancing pavilion and an outdoor theatre are also on-site. A handball court, tennis courts and an open-air bowling green are also part of the property which housed stables for horses, sheep and cattle and a green house and farm to manage the estates fruit and flower crop.
