There are signs all over Area 51, which give the impression that the personnel here are rather impolite, and quickly get the feeling you're not welcome here at all. The signs say things like Top Secret Military Facility, and Keep Out, as well as Use of Deadly Force Authorized. None of which is very inviting so its obvious you will not feel very welcome.
You can get the Las Vegas Area 51 Tours on Wednesdays, although other days are available upon request. Anyone can call in advance to check the availability. You'll depart from the Las Vegas vicinity about seven AM, and you will return about five in the early evening.
