You may want to delegate 1 whole page to a service, whether or not the information can use up the entire page, so that it will be more compact. Or you can extend the information to two pages, but dont continue the next service. Leave the unused space blank.

In this format, you can easily change anything. Like if you forgot something, you can easily edit your file and add the necessary information, read it again, and then print another page in order to replace the existing page. Additionally, you may introduce new services in your menu so that would mean more pages for your manual because the therapists should have a guideline what to do. With the clear book, you can just buy more plastic leaves and add it to the ring binding. That way, you can easily update your reading material.

These print manuals are easy to make but their benefits will bring a great impact to the company. These materials are like product manuals where you will get to see the perfect idea of what a product will look like when it reaches the customer. The same is true with a spa operation. You put in the manual the entire package of what a therapists service would be. That would be their example. These booklets can also serve as your training manuals when you teach new therapists or to rehash what the old-timers already know.
