Let's be serious, most of these equipments doesn't work, and if it does, it gives you very little changes on your body. The best thing to do is to make an effort to get the body that you've always wanted. Then if you're prepared to make an effort, all you need to is to know what kind of exercise is most suitable for you to give you promising results.

Lets start with your chest. There is no better exercise for making your pecs look better than the bench press. The bench press targets your pecs and really smashes them into great shape. If your are looking to just get toned up around your pec area, then you should focus on doing about 12 reps. If you want to achieve lean muscles on your cheat area, then you could go for lifting heavier weights but with less reps.

If you want great looking arms, then you are going to have to work your biceps and triceps. There are some great exercises that you can do with dumbbells in order to tone your arms up and make them look strong and sexy. The same applies to your arms as it did with your chest - if you are looking to tone up, then do more reps - if you are looking to gain muscle, then lift heavy with fewer reps.To get a sexy looking stomach, then you have to shed off the layer of fat covering it. The best way to do this is by doing great amounts of cardio exercises that will definitely burn the fat from your body. You need to accompany this too with a good diet plan. After the fat has gone, you are then free to do whatever ab exercises you want until you are ripped beyond recognition!

If you are looking for exercises that will target then main muscle groups all at the same time, then you could try doing squats. Squats are excellent to help you look much better, it's a great way to work every muscle in your body.
