Lose your baby fat after pregnancy quickly by adding a post pregnancy workout. Luckily, there are many exercises out there that are not only effective in helping you lose the weight, but they're also fun and exciting. The following tactics will help you supercharge that workout routine to get you back into your pre-pregnancy clothing in no time.

Leg Kicks: This is an exercise that strengthens your abdominal muscles and raises your pulse rate. To begin, lay on your side with your body slightly bent at the waist in a pike position. The bottom leg stays bent so that you can maintain your balance and the top leg stays straight as you bring it as far forward as you can. Then move your airborne leg back to hover over the bent leg. Without lowering your leg, repeat the movement ten times. Repeat the same on your other side. Three reps of ten on each side will give you the results you want very fast.

The Super Crunch: This is an abdominal exercise that should be included in every post-natal routine. For this specific exercise, lie down on the floor, bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the floor. Keeping your hands behind your head, breathe in and out while you suck in your abs and lift your head and shoulders up off of your floor. Then, keep that position while you bring your knees up to touch your elbows while also lifting your hips a little bit up off of the ground. Return to your starting position. Do three sets of between twelve and twenty and your ab muscles will be super hard really quickly and the weight will begin dripping off as well.

Walking: Harvard did a study in 2007 that showed just thirty minutes of walking every day can greatly improve a woman's chances of shedding her pregnancy weight. Women who participated in this study lost eleven pounds and most of the women had lost all of their pregnancy weight by their babys' first birthdays. That means that you need to get up and go outside! It doesn't matter what time of day you choose to walk, but if you are going to take your baby with you make sure you choose weather that is baby friendly.

Also, don't forget to stay properly hydrated on your walk. Doing this each day will help you drop your weight in no time. If you keep up with these exercises three or more days a week and eating right you will shed that baby weight fast. Keep it up and in just a few weeks you should be able to see great results, which should give you the motivation to continue until all of your pregnancy weight is gone.
