Everything A Real Estate Agent Doesn't Wish You To Understand Half-5

MONEY MATTERS

Where do you get your data about real estate? Do you count on the media? What you browse in newspapers and hear and see on radio and TV may not be an correct representation of reality. Yet, everyday folks turn to the media as a result of they assume they can trust the information. Well... think again.

The important estate business could be a VERY POWERFUL special interest cluster organized as the NAR (National Association of RealtorsTM and the NAR may be a terribly powerful lobbying group in Washington that influences our legislators with campaign contributions to write down legislation that favors the $64000 estate industry. One straightforward and classic example of this is often the CAVEAT EMPTOR or BUYER BEWARE clause. This legal jargon could be a fancy way of saying "cheating is okay" and that whether you're a home buyer or seller, if you make miscalculation in judgement when buying or selling a home, pay too much, sell too low, that is your fault. You must have known the foundations to the game before you play. This provides a method out for agents who may misrepresent or omit certain information, which may cause you legal or monetary pain. How could this happen you say? Here's a easy example...

You're a home buyer, you contact a real estate company and meet an agent. The agent is super friendly, useful and extremely works exhausting to find you a home. Through this process you develop a heat and fuzzy relationship with the important estate agent, telling them about your home dreams, your job, your financing and alternative personal and confidential information. You and the agent become friendly and you'll be able to trust them right? WRONG! Agents LEGALLY represent sellers, not buyers. Agents have a legal or a fiduciary duty to induce the best attainable selling price for a property from a buyer. They CANNOT legally show you how to pay less for a property as a result of they represent the seller. And themselves...they're licensed SALES folks who get a commission.

But there is more...the real estate industry, nationally and regionally, spends BILLIONS of dollars annually on classified ads, radio and TV ads. The media is KEENLY aware of these several billions of dollars and the revenues they earn from advertising. And also the media WILL NOT ROCK THE BOAT of these powerful advertisers! Why? As a result of advertising revenue is what keeps the native and national media profitable. The result? Happy news stories...tons and heaps of happy news stories regarding real estate. When was the last time you scan a story about a home buyer or seller getting raked over the coals? The media is not going to hide these kinds of stories as a result of they do not want to upset their advertisers. Thus you see, the NAR and the $64000 estate trade controls or influences everything from the real estate laws to the data you see in the media.

And then there's a man like me...I apprehend this business, I used to be licensed in real estate. I used to be a residential and commercial loan officer. I grasp how individuals get screwed everyday--I apprehend that simple individuals get their financial throat cut and don't even realize they're bleeding. Why? Lack of information. Lack of specific education in real estate. Real estate agents are trained and licensed in land principals, practices, law and finance. HOW MUCH REAL ESTATE TRAINING HAVE YOU HAD?

What I chose to try and do was to reverse engineer the coaching and experience I got within the business and present it to folks thus that individuals, patrons and sellers, might represent themselves on a additional level taking part in field quickly and intelligently by reading a "SMART BOOK". Good Books show buyers and sellers how to shield their legal and financial interests during the biggest investment of a lifetime, shopping for or selling a home. It blows me away how many folks underestimate what I'm attempting to say. IF you were good, you would take this chance to click the links below to find out more.
