It is commonly known that if one want to profit and earn more from the markets, one should anticipate and go against the crowd, that is where the big money is!
Although it sound as lame and made for advertising, this sentence can be true. You CAN and you MUST learn how to trade and initiate a position by doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of what others are doing. But how do you do that without committing financial suicide and gaining and edge in the markets?
Big Failures - Where the money really is
A great signal to be aware of is those big failures on widely known and easily recognizable patterns: they usually get everyone off guard! And that is basically, how you trade with the pros! But, "Why?" would you ask. Like I said, it gets everyone unaware of what is about to happen and when it does happen, all those stops beautifully arranged start to go off.
Just to give you an idea, pros sometimes when they see those kind of pattern failures, they might DOUBLE THEIR POSITION when reverting sides. They do that because they know, and have seen it before, that these kind of movement are usually explosive and short-lived. Few make money of it, but those who make it, make a ton.
Act first - Ask later
Is like if you know something, no, not know, it is like when you are 100% SURE that SHOULD happen. If it DOESN'T, that doesn't necessarily mean you are completely wrong, it might tip you off that something BIGGER is coming. So, if you were sure and you were proved wrong, than don't keep looking around trying to figure out what happened or why it didn't behave the way it ought to: JUST JUMP IN THAT TRAIN AND RIDE IT ALL ALONG! Then when you finally get off it, you start asking questions why it all happened like it did.
So, pay close attention to failures on widely known patterns because those often offers the biggest possibilities of a QUICK and BIG profit.
