Events Planned For National Financial Literacy Month

National financial literacy month, in April, is the ideal time to host a financial education event.

The goal of financial literacy month is to educate youth in practical money matters. The ability to understand finance, specifically to be able to make informed decisions about how you go about managing your money, is now more important than ever. Financial literacy month focuses on helping individuals improve their money management skills and improve upon financial literacy standards. Volunteers are also needed to host their own financial education events to support financial literacy month. Companies like the National Youth Financial Educators Council deliver turnkey camps, workshops and events to people that are passionate about helping others pick up money skills.
