This also determines the cost of the investment for BPO companies as well as the resources they would need first hand.

Offshore outsourcing companies refers to providing services for foreign businesses. Countries such as India, Philippines, China, Pakistan and more have been the most common choices for businesses in terms of BPO service providers, creating a big break for call center industries.

In some aspects, Near Shore outsourcing also works. This is better explained through business relationships established between US companies opting for outsourcing services from Canada or any other countries near the US.

As the name implies, Onshore outsourcing service is achieved from the same country. Though the labor costs may not be reduced as compared with offshore outsourcing.
