Inspace Technologies approach to solve the challenges faced by RCG began with an AS-IS study of the business environment. Quantitative and qualitative analysis were conducted to understand the operational and functional challenges. Inspace Technologies began to closely work with the functional team and the management to spot-out the areas which required change. Various discussions were pitched to come up with out-of-the-box solutions. A project management tool was recommended and deployed at the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Point of Sale (POS) levels to minimize the time from delivery of goods to payment realization and to bring-in a sense of control in the value chain.
