Emotional Intelligence Leadership Training, Willpower Is Worthless

By:

Dear Friends,
People who are well trained in emotional intelligence have a clear understanding of the benefits in knowing that willpower alone does not work well.
So, just what is emotional intelligence and how does that relate to the topic of willpower?

Your emotional intelligence skills can give you a distinct advantage over someone who may have been an A student in school, even if you struggled for every C on your report card. emotional intelligence skills have been proven to be the major indication in whether you'll excel at any job you'll ever have. To clarify, emotional intelligence isn't just about being a nice person, notes Dr. Daniel Goleman, author of "Working Smart" in an article in USA Today. Nor is emotional intelligence about expressing any emotion to any degree at any time.
People with high emotional intelligence manage their feelings. This means they are self-aware of their negative triggers that prompt them to negative emotional responses, and they self-regulate those emotions so that they bring the right emotion with the right degree of intensity to the moment. People with strong emotional intelligence skills contribute to the comfort and well-being of those around them, and as a result, they are able to help groups reach their goals faster, with greater efficiency and productivity.
Read on to discover just why willpower is indeed worthless.

My goal for you is that you *never* waste another moment using willpower to attract what you want.

$40 billion dollars a year is spent in the US on weight loss programs. And every year, the weight loss industry gets richer, while millions of people feel bad about yet another failed attempt to be healthy using the services of an industry that only makes money when you consistently fail.
Weird, no? A business that becomes more successful for every person who fails again and again.

Enough. I'm making it a personal goal to help good people who have ever tried to better themselves through the sheer use of willpower alone.
You must know this, whether your goal has been to lose weight, get and stay clutter-free, attract the right person who is worthy of you, or get your financial life in order and you've failed, you must know that as long as you try to do this through sheer willpower, it won't work!

And, it's NOT your fault! This point is clear from a $40 billion (billion with a B) industry that encourages people to use willpower to be successful, and we know how that turns out year after year.
So, what's to be done?

First, know that all scientific evidence points to the fact that you'll never excel much above or fall much below your self-image.

Here's the problem: You've never been told this before. And, if you have been told, no one ever told you HOW to change your self-image.

Self-image consists of:
*Self-esteem: This is you telling yourself: " I am worthy of my best "
*Self-efficacy: This is you knowing you can DO what's necessary.

To be successful:
*Raise your self-esteem (discover your strengths, play to your strengths, and use self-talk to help you with this. By the way, "I am losing weight" is a dreadful affirmation! Make sure your self-talk works in your favor!)
*Correctly apply your imagination to accelerate your results
*Use affirmations, timing, and peer groups to ensure you have every advantage to get what you want.

Not sure what your self-image is? It's easy to find out: What's your life like right now?
What kind of people do you hang out with? What kind of car do you drive, place do you live in, job do you have, money do you make? Do you know your income is carefully controlled by your self-image? So are your weight and the quality of your relationships.
