The Emirates Palace hotel in Abu Dhabi has announced that it has appointed The Communication Group as its UK public relations consultancy.

The PR company will encourage travellers to book Abu Dhabi holidays to the upscale property through effective marketing campaigns across the trade and consumer press.

Situated on a 1.3km stretch of stunning sandy beach, Emirates Palace is a luxurious destination resort that offers a tranquil oasis for business travellers and tourists taking holidays to Abu Dhabi.

Nestled within 85 hectares of lush gardens the hotel is one of the city"s iconic landmarks with traditional Arabian architecture featuring beautiful domes and arches. The hotel has 394 luxury spacious guest rooms and suites with balconies and views overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the gardens, or the city"s skyline, plus a range of modern amenities including state-of-the-art multimedia systems, wireless Internet, and 24 hour butler service.

During holidays in Abu Dhabi, guests can unwind at the luxury spa with a choice of rejuvenating and relaxing treatments including body wraps, scrubs, facials and massages.

The resort has plenty of facilities and activities for families to enjoy including a kids zone, two fitness centres, four floodlit tennis courts, two swimming pools, and a variety of fun watersports such as scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing and sailing.
The new General Manager of the boutique Abu Dhabi hotel, Bugra Berberoglu, said: "Emirates Palace is an icon, a destination within a destination and, most importantly, a palace in the truest sense of the word. Emirates Palace sits proudly on Abu Dhabi"s cornice as a stunning landmark for the city.

"In the tradition of great palaces around the world, Emirates Palace welcomes thousands of guests through its doors every year - heads of state and leaders of industry, famous artists and performers, tourists from far off places as well as families from nearby."

Managed by Europe"s oldest luxury hotel group, Kempinski, Emirates Palace stands out from other Abu Dhabi hotels, not just because of its impressive structure, but also because of the brand new Emirates Palace Marina with 167 berths that will accommodate some of the world"s best super yachts.

Berberoglu added: "As Europe"s oldest luxury hoteliers, Kempinski understands luxury.

"We are known for our stunning properties, and the luxury of our signature personalised service that anticipates the needs of our guests and exceeds their expectations."

The luxury hotel was recently honoured by the 2011 World Travel Awards as the Middle East"s Leading Meetings & Conference Hotel.
