Elvis Live: The King Is Alive

Elvis Live: The King Is Alive

By:

Elvis live was always a part of the Elvis package for the public, it became more prominent after his comeback to music in 1968. Before that time there were only gigs before his stint in the Army. Most fans and critics alike hail the 68 concert as what not only put Elvis back on top but immortalized him as the King of Rock n Roll for all time.

Elvis Live performances set not only records for their types of events but also precedent for what others should follow. His live performance in Hawaii in 1973 was the first of its kind being aired around the world. Unfortunately this is the only way most of the world was able to see Elvis. His manager never allowed Elvis to perform outside America except for three concerts in 1957. These were all in Canada and were never repeated. The reasons for this are in question but most sighted is for security reasons. The Cornel was always afraid something might happen to the King, so he stayed in his homeland his whole career.

In todays world with large screen viewing platforms, most concert goers are use to watching most of the performers from the screens instead of this little person on stage. For this reason the original band of Elvis has gone on tour. Elviss recorded performances are shown on the big screen with the music being played live by the band. This is how Elvis has finally been in concert around the world. Something he always dreamed of. With performances in London, Australia and Japan to name a few, this is an experience for fans of all ages to enjoy.

Elvis Live is now made available for ages to come because of high tech equipment but the King will always be the key basic component of his fame.
