Seated Leg Raise

Start this exercise by sitting right on a chair, while your feet are rested on the floor and knees are bent at 90-deg angles. While on this sitting position, put your hands on your sides and then exhale deep, lifting your right leg at same time. Hold on to this position for 30 seconds, and then inhale once again as you lower your right leg and then do the same steps with your left leg.

Seated Bridge

Start by sitting right at the edge of a sturdy chair, and your feet must be rested well on the floor, while your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Exhale deeper as you lift up your hips, allowing your palms as well as your feet to support your body. Continue to lift your hips up until your body arches like a bridge, and then stay into this position for 20 - 60 sec, while you breathe normally.

Seated Pillow Squeeze

And just like with the two exercises above, sit on a sturdy chair with your feet on the ground and knees bent at 90-deg angles. Place a pillow at the middle of your thighs and then exhale slowly as you squeeze the pillow thats right on the middle. This exercise is very effective to lose cellulite on thighs, so make sure that you do this always if you want to eliminate the cellulite on your thighs.

Seated Hand Push

Again, sit on a sturdy chair, while your feet are rested on the floor and knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. Your palms and arms must be rested on your sides, while you push your knees gently in a way that you push your palms far away from you. Afterwards, press your hands inward, making sure that your thighs are not pushed outward, and hold on to this contraction for about one minute, while you breathe normally.

These hip and thigh exercises will give you so much benefits, because aside from helping you lose cellulite on thighs, it is also good at making your muscles to become stronger. Remember that our legs are very important, because it serves as the foundation of our body.
