- Windsor Castle
This stunning castle situated in the heart of Berkshire is a must see for the history enthusiast, the Royalist or the architecture enthusiast as it showcases some of the most stunning 18th century architecture the country has to offer. This castle is steeped in history with a long line of monarchs dating back to the 13th century all calling it home. There is much to see and do here and it makes for a great day out for you and your whole family.
- Ascot Racecourse
This racecourse steeped in history and situated on Crown land is the home of the Royal Ascot event where horseracing enthusiasts gather to watch the races. This event is world renowned as being under the patronage of the royal family and should you choose to visit you may get a glimpse of the royal family in all their splendour and glory. Being seen here is a must for Britains up and coming socialites.
- Dorchester Abbey
Founded in the 12th century this historic abbey is absolutely stunning and is a must visit for those spending time in Berkshire.
- Eton College
For those of interested in seeing where the countries best and brightest go to school there is the historic Eton College where many an ex-Prime Minister spent their days learning the ropes of political debate and pomposity.
- Legoland
For the children there is Legoland situated near Windsor castle. For the golf lovers among you this golf course boast facilities which are second to none with a driving range 18 hole course and plenty of facilities to help you better your swing.
- The Hexagon
The hexagon is a beautiful theatre and centre for arts where you can engage your cultural side while going to see the latest productions and many of its other enthralling events.
- The Living rainforest
This stunning centre houses a lovingly recreated rainforest where you can experience the heat and the beauty of the rainforest. Watch out, if you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of a crocodile. Definitely one for the kids and adults alike.
