Instead, what you want to do for your fat loss diet is to get rid of the bad ingredients and include the good ones. That is a process of slimming down your diet. The foods to be included in an effective fat loss diet should be those that will not tend to be converted into stored fats. Such foods include vegetables, fruits and whole grains. This step should be considered in combination with the first step. Water is considered a good ingredient for our purposes, too.
