Move any furniture from around the window before you start. Using liquid sprays or soapy water, you may accidentally get some on the other furniture. If so, you would have to clean them too.

Whether the window blinds are made of wood, vinyl, or fabric, they can be cleaned very easily. You can use a soft brush attachment from the vacuum, soft cloth, or a duster to remove the dust.
