Easy Online Cash Advance: Avoiding Criminal Prosecution

By:

It's pretty much common knowledge now that no matter what your credit rating is, if you can fill out an application online for a payday loan, you'll most likely qualify. So this in turn means that more people than ever who in the past used to be stuck paying late fees or facing evictions, now have access to money for their short-term cash problems. This also means by the way, that more people than ever are getting into legal problems.

It's the laws that they break as they submit their applications that are the reason they're finding themselves in court houses, and eventually into jails and prisons. You see, the process is so quick and easy that it's just an easy to quickly commit some type of loan fraud when you're when someone is applying for one. So then, now you may be wondering just what they did to bring on the nightmare, so you can make sure that they're things that you don't do.

The first thing you need to know is the people who end up in a legal quagmire as a result of an online loan payday loan are by far the vast minority. These are the type of people for the most part tend to be in and out of jails because of their propensity for criminal behavior. So the fact is you really just don't stumble into some type of criminal mistake when you make out the application. Rather, it's something that you have to intentionally do.

Now you may have already heard that if you tell a lie to the loan officer or a site operator in the process of securing a loan that is a crime. Now lying to a police officer is against the law. Also lying in the courthouse after you've been sworn in is also against the law. So the fact is you can walk into a bank or log on to a loan site and lie to them all you want, and it's perfectly legal.

So fact is that as the laws are written, it's perfectly legal for you to verbally lie to the loan officer or anyone else that's employed by a bank or lending site. On the other hand you should keep in mind that if put things into writing in a document form to back up lies it's an entirely different story. Particularly if you sign your name under penalty of perjury to any official document related to securing a loan, because this can be loan fraud.

Now another thing to keep in mind is that if you submit any type of documents to back up any false information you have told, you most likely are committed a crime. For instance if you lied about your level of income and change the numbers on a paycheck stub or a tax return and then submit that falsified form, that for sure is been crossing the line into loan fraud, and can get you imprisoned. So really it's best if you just tell the truth.
