A good cleanser will lift dead skin cells and debris away to minimise blockages. A toner should firm the pores and prepare it for hydration by a moisturiser.

Yes, the skin does need moisturizer and no, it will not create excess oil. If you do not moisturize, as mentioned previously, the skin will dehydrate and create more oil. You need to use a oil-free moisturizer with Mineralised Zinc to regulate the skins oil production. At the same time ensure the moisturiser has a shine-free finish and does not clog your pores.

Remember look for products labelled "oil-free" and "non comedogenic" when choosing your skin-care range based on oily skin.

Once you have taken care of your skin on the outside, do not forget you can help it on the inside. Ensure you drink at least eight glasses of water each day to flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated.
