At this time of year the weather in the North Yorkshire Moors is actually surprising good, well usually anyway! This year Good Friday falls on 22nd April 2011 with Easter Sunday on the 24th and Easter Monday on the 25th April 2011. But the better weather spring weather gives a chance to show off the beautiful gardens of the Worsley Arms Hotel as all of the pretty flowers like daffodils are blooming and the trees are coming to life again in one of the few beautiful Hotels in North Yorkshire with such a feel for tradition and comfort. This weather usually allows the perfect opportunity for some outdoor pursuits or for the not so confident a chance to hang onto the last of those cosy, comfortable days indoors.

There are many Yorkshire hotels but few with such beautiful gardens and views as the Worsley Arms Hotel in Hovingham. The gardens are perfect for Wedding venues Yorkshire and Easter Egg Hunts. This hotel is second to none when it comes to the scenery and location. There is plenty of outdoor space which makes the Worlsey Arms Hotel really stand out from the crowd. It is great to simply relax in and read a newspaper; or take afternoon tea; lunch with friends; coffee and cake; stroll around and find the hidden seating areas; play hide and seek with the children, or simply let them get on with it; examine the various trees, plants and flowers. The garden is great for Easter egg hunts or any type of treasure hunt for that matter, as it is totally enclosed and safe. There is access is via the side door or through a gate from the car park.

The Marquee is sometimes erected in the garden for weddings, events and the like, but there's still plenty of space to get lost in. The only real way to see how lovely it is is to come and explore at your own leisure. The garden is mainly made up of grass, as pictures on the website show, however staff at the hotel and their green fingered friends spend a lot of time maintaining and upgrading the garden. It is planted to ensure that there is regular colour and always something of interest for guests all year round.

Easter breaks at the Worsley Arms Hotel are for a minimum of two nights and the rates are based on a per person per night basis, this includes a full Yorkshire breakfast and dinner in the evening. It is based on two people sharing and a single supplement will be applied if necessary.
