More often than not, people perceive nursing as that of being permanently employed in a health care institution like hospitals and clinics until one reaches the age of retirement. It is quite surprising that nurses see this. The principle is simple the Law of Supply and Demand. Since nurses are in demand, you supply. You start out a registry of nurses where you supply where there is a need for a nurse. These nurses do not need to give up their regular work and you, too. The most difficult part in this job is the management. Of course, you have to juggle being a first and foremost a nurse, then a manager to your registry.
