Early pregnancy symptoms can be difficult to pin because they are very similar to the symptoms of PMS. You might just think that what you are feeling is normal and means that your period is on it's way.

Nausea - Commonly known as pregnancy morning sickness, it is one of the most common signs and symptoms of pregnancy. It usually occurs within two to ten weeks with degrees varying from person to person.
Tenderness Of Breasts - Usually the size of breasts increases and they become tender. Experts explain it as the body preparing for breast feeding.

Morning Sickness

This is one of the early pregnancy symptoms; I think it's the hormonal change that contributes to the feeling of sleepiness.

Widening of the Abdomen

You may feel bloated, the abdomen expands in the same manner as it does during pregnancy, this can be caused by buildup of gas, fat, feces, and urinary retention.

The early pregnancy symptoms can be determined through a pregnancy test, which too you can conduct yourself with the help of a home kit. However, the results of it also depend on your physiological characteristics and the kind of test kit you use. It is always advisable to consult your doctor once you start to experience the early pregnancy symptoms.

Some women report feeling crampy as a result of implantation of the egg or extreme tiredness or fatigue as the baby begins to use up the calories that provide the body with energy. Other symptoms include nausea when reading in the car or taking a flight, mild headaches and increased urination as your body adjusts to the increased level of hormones.

There are more symptoms during early pregnancy. However, I can't perfectly give you the entire list to confirm that you are pregnant. It is always to go to see doctor for any sign that you feel after contraception.
