As with anything you use to try to replace smoking tobacco, the same things apply to a e-cigarette. The more you use it, the better off you will be. These e-cigarettes do not have any tobacco so you do not have to carry any thing to light them. They fit in your fingers and you smoke them just like that cigarette. With a normal cigarette you might puff on it seven to eight time before you put it out. With this e-cigarette you take the same number of drags, but then you put it flat in your pocket or lay it flat on the table until you are ready to smoke again. So you do not have the need for that ashtray, lighter, or matches as there is nothing to light. The risks of sending any secondhand smoke to the person sitting next to you is gone.

There are four levels of nicotine filters that you can get. They are regular or standard, medium, low and none You can lower your intake of nicotine by simply ordering different levels. Doing this will mean that you are even lowing your addiction to the nicotine as long as you do not increase the amount you are smoking. This you can do by yourself at your own pace.
