The Result of Deficiencies in These Vitamins

There are many recipes for skin health to put on the skin to make it soft and supple, free of acne, blackheads, wrinkles or to fade scars. Vitamina B2__Riboflavin as we know it, a deficiency can lead to liver spots, which are a brown pigmentation on the skin. Ugly liver spots usually disappear if generous amounts of Vitamin B2 are given over a period of about six months. A severe deficiency in riboflavin can lead to oily hair and skin in the form of small deposits of fat under the skin on the forehead and cheeks and behind the ears. In even more severe cases of deficiency, it causes the skin at the corners of the eyes and mouth and under the nose to crack and have little abrasions that are sore and take longer to heal.

Vitamin B6__also known as pyridoxine, is a major important Vitamin, when deficient, it can result in eczema and dermatitis. A deficiency of Vitamin B6 along with a deficiency in L-Lysine may cause an individual to experience frequent cold sores or in a child exposed to the chicken pox virus, a more severe case.

Vitamin B3__Niacin deficiency can result in brown pigmentations largely on the face, legs and forearms or in eczema type eruptions.

Vitamin B5__Pantothenic Acid is the other name for Vitamin B5. A deficiency in this vitamin along with a deficiency in Vitamin C can be manifested in an outbreak of hives. Para-amino benzoic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid deficiencies lead to different types of eczema. The symptoms of eczema have been known to go completely away when these vitamins are generously added to the diet.

Brewers yeast is loaded with the B Vitamins and is an important food to help with any skin problem. Even a person that has smooth skin and looks healthy usually notices improvement in the texture and glow of their skin after just one week of adding brewers yeast to their daily diet.
For an outbreak of eczema, take two or more tablespoons stirred in citrus juice or water after each meal, between meals, and before retiring.
