Four-wheel drive uses more fuel than 2-wheel so you will be topping up more often which is going to increase your monthly spend.

The truth is we can all do our bit when choosing our next car by simply looking at the cars CO2 output as the lower the value, the less we are going to pollute. Every car emits carbon dioxide so when looking for a new car then try and find one with a low value. There is an incentive to buy a low emissions car as your road tax will be considerably lower if your car has a low CO2 rating.

There are many things to consider when buying a new car as it is not only the car price that you need to consider. The cost of maintaining the car is vital so you should consider road tax, insurance and the cost of spare parts.
