There are advantages of the trade of wholesale products from China as well as the effect global sourcing and multinational purchasing has in respect to China's economy. Yet, like everything else, there are downsides to those things that have positive results. The downsides of global sourcing, multinational purchasing, and the international trade of wholesale products from China can be harmful to a business; at least theyre not usually fatal.

-The largest slope of the downside

Despite the fact that the Chinese government works to ensure the quality of wholesale products from China through inspections, there are the occasional 'misses' in which certain products of a bad quality make it through. Global sourcing and multinational purchasing work to keep this from happening, but the imperfections in the inspection process make this downfall in international trade a reality. Sometimes these things can be attributed to loopholes in global sourcing and multinational purchasing.

-Exploitation of Labor

Human rights groups feel that cheap labor in the economically challenged areas of the world is unfair. Global sourcing, multinational purchasing, and the international trade of wholesale products from China require large amounts of manpower to be successful. This is one of the disturbing aspects of obtaining wholesale products from China because global sourcing has made for a corporation getting the maximum amount of work out of a worker at the lowest wages possible. When a worker's work options are limited, this aspect may be taken advantage of making global sourcing successful in preserving costs. Yet at the same time there is a negative impact on the personal life of the worker.

But even though these two negativities exist, the market thrives on the wholesale products from China to keep the world economy alive. China also relies on good global sourcing and multinational purchasing to keep itself alive because without it the Chinese economy would crash and so would the remainder of the world.
