Many of you will recognize this familiar Bobby McFerrin song from the 1980s and it will make you think of the joyous side of life. The happy and joyous side of life is the one that you want to be on all the time.

It is true that when you are sad and worried you appear as a downer and that will make a lot of people frown and feel down. If you always be happy and never worry people will trust and respect you. This is how a leader should be.

A true leader will never worry because that just shows how he or she is very uncertain about themself, their team, their business or their future. A real leader is a person that cheers people up and makes them happy about what they have to offer for them.

When times get tough a leader should be there to lift peoples' spirits up instead of worrying and causing doubt about the future. True leaders always goes in with a positive attitude and make sure that their colleagues, their clients and everyone in their path is happy in order to be productive and become leaders themselves. Worrying only causes double the pain, suffering and trouble because it brings mental stress to the person on top of the conflict that is going on outside of them.

Like what was mentioned in an other article that successful people do not even notice the obstacles in their lives. They are strong enough to run right past them and not even notice. This means that there are no worries and there should be no worries for you or the people you lead in your business or even in the rest of your personal lives.

Leaders show people not to worry and how to cope and fly by difficulties and eventually there will be no more difficulties that are within your control or that are within the range that you are able to cope with. Remember that success does not come without hope and hope doesnt come with being sad or worrying about bad things because the true successful people are happy in the process of completing their goals and they do not let bad things happen to them or get in the way of their success if they are beyond their own control.

The people who fly through the ranks at a job and are the lowest maintenance by being happy, making smart choices and not worrying. They will be the ones who will succeed into upper management and they will lead others up there as well.

If you want to develop your home based MLM business into a big network then you have to be happy all the time and not worry about anything that can get in your way because the most successful leaders do not see anything as obstacles, not even the biggest challenges in their lives.

They take care of future leaders who want to join them in their journey or in this case your home based MLM business and make sure that they are happy, worry-free, motivated and low maintenance. When you start to worry you will make others worry and it will make your whole chain of leaders under you and sometimes even above you worry and this will make your business very dysfunctional to the point where people will want to resign because they are worried in you because you are the ones who they followed into the business or organization.

This applies to the quote from Bobby McFerrin that because when you worry your face will frown and bring everybody down and when you worry in times of trouble it will only bring double the trouble.

Always keep a smile on your face and accept everything the way it is and don't worry because if you worry it will only hinder your chances of getting exactly what you want or at least what you need. Always be happy and people will notice you for that and you will end up making friends and your business will grow as a result of your happiness!
