Don't Like Calling Mlm Leads? Here Are Some Alternatives

So you don't like calling MLM leads? Don't despair, most Network Marketers don't. Fortunately, there are many other ways of growing a Network Marketing business that has been successfully used by many people. Here in this article, we will discuss some of those ideas and methods.

Essentially, there are two ways of marketing your MLM, online and offline. With the growth of the Internet, online marketing has attracted many people who before did not want to do MLM, and is great because it allows you to work 100% from home. It is possible to make a huge income and never leave your home for work. Offline MLM marketing, on the other hand, is better for people who like to use more traditional ways of promoting and/or who like to connect with people in person and they are usually more of a people personality.

These is simply no limit to the number of methods you can use to market online and offline; you are only limited by your imagination. But here are some ideas for both offline and online marketing that really work!

Online Marketing:

1. Article Distribution - This is an effective method to attract targeted traffic to your site or Blog. It's also a great way to share any type of skill or knowledge that you may have. You have to use keywords to get a lot of traffic and views from this form of marketing.

2. Blogging - Blogging is not difficult, it's fun and anyone can do it. It does not require you to have any technical skills. You can pay someone to set up a Blog for you or you can start off by using a free Blog. Blogging is personal and can be very informal, and you can write about anything you want. It can be formal or informal. It's a great way to talk about your MLM business and again drive traffic to your MLM home business website.

3. Social Media Networking - There are numerous Social Media Websites on the Internet. The most known ones are MySpace, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. This can be a huge resource for those who enjoy connecting with people. They can be a fun place to be and a great place to meet new MLM prospects. As you meet new people and share ideas with them, you can introduce your MLM home business to them.

4. Video Distribution - Video marketing has become very popular in the recent years. You can use video to get your message out about your MLM home business. People like video, and many online marketers have done extremely well with video marketing. It is free and you don't have to have the best equipment to benefit from it. Just a computer and a camera and you're good to go.

Offline Marketing:

1. Distributing Flyers - They are simple, cheap and if you do enough of them they can be effective. Of course, anyone can do this. You can distribute them door-to-door or put them up on bulletin boards, etc. in your local area.

2. Local MLM Opportunity Meetings - Definitely the most known type of offline marketing for Network Marketing, probably less known now than it used to be, especially before the Web became easily available to everyone. But still successfully used by many Network Marketers. The meeting takes care of all the work for you. Just get your MLM prospects to the meeting and let the meeting pitch the MLM business for you. This is particularly good for MLMers who are not completely comfortable showing the MLM opportunity themselves.

3. Home Opportunity Meetings - These are like the Local Opportunity Meetings, but they are done in the distributors' homes rather than Hotel rooms, etc. They are informal and short. They also work best when done in small groups. The idea here is that you do a home meeting at a new Rep's home for them very soon after they sign up and show them how to do a meeting on their own. If done properly, this can be a powerful method of growing an MLM downline.

4. Car Signs - This can work very well if you can come up with a good ad that inspires people to visit your website or to call you. You don't want to sell your Network Marketing business here, just inspire your Network Marketing prospects to visit your site or call you, once they do that, you want to then try and show them your Network Marketing business. It's a great way to advertise your MLM business everywhere you go.

5. Use The 3-Foot Rule - Of course, this is not for everybody, but if you enjoy talking to people about your MLM business and are not shy, this can work very well for you. You basically talk to anyone and everyone about your MLM business who comes close to you. However, for many MLMers, this approach does not suit their personality. But it is a good idea to talk to people about your MLM business whenever you have an opportunity to do so while you are out and about. You don't need to be pushy or annoy people, just let people know what you do and ask them to take a look at your MLM opportunity. It's hard to know who may be interested in your MLM opportunity. Just talk to people, it's really what the business of MLM is all about!

It doesn't matter which ways you decide to use to build your Network Marketing opportunity, understand that it will take effort. One way or the other, you will need to put in the effort. So don't look for things that are easy, but work on figuring out what could work best for you based on your particular situation and what best suits your personality and needs. Focus on what works best for you and you will have success.
