Do You Want An Alternative To Bally Total Fitness?

Do You Want An Alternative To Bally Total Fitness?

Don't get me wrong - I love all these gyms you have the option of going to. But when you are just starting out when it comes to getting in shape and losing weight - you can oftentimes feel embarrassed and self-conscious because of your body. I'm definitely not one to embarrass anyone. If you don't feel confident about your body - don't make yourself sick by pushing yourself to go to these gyms. Instead, try something else out. By the way the alternative I'm about to mention is also good for those of you that work a lot and don't have time for out of home gyms and for those of you that need to lose weight quick as well so listen up! Gyms are great because they have all kinds of fantastic equipment you can use.

But as mentioned above it can sometimes be a little scary at first. And a lot of these gyms don't exactly give you the most attention when it comes to a customized program just for you. A few years back I was a member of a gym in NY like Bally's and I thought it would be a cool idea to check out their program. Unfortunately I didn't get the attention that I thought I would and the price for the membership was pretty darn steep. Lately I have been looking for a new option and that is what I want to share with you! I found a website online that will allow you to buy memberships for a customized work out program. Sounds expensive? It's really not! Especially for what you get.

This isn't just a "do what I say" deal. This is a support system, a meal planner, a virtual trainer, and a "coach" all in one. If you need to lose weight in 3 months or 12 months or anywhere in between - they have a spot for you. The meal plans and exercise routines are fit for someone such as yourself. Maybe you need to lose 25lbs in 3 month to fit into a dress for a special occasion. Your problematic area is your abs and you have bad knees (not due to weight gain but due to an accident). No problem. These virtual trainers will give you all the support you need, and help you lose weight, tone up, and get in shape.

This is also nice as well for those of you that just need to lose a few pounds but want to start eating better too and have no idea how to go about it. So if you need an alternative to something like Ballys Total Fitness, but you want something affordable with a superb support system and tons of options? These virtual trainer programs are THE way to go!
