Do You Suffer From Constipation?

I use to suffer so bad from constipation. My back would hurt, and my thighs would ache and burn. If I went too long sometimes my back would pop and I would not even be able to walk. I mean I would have a bowel movement, but I still would hurt even after that. I really didn't know what was the matter with me. This went on for about 2 years. Then one day I ordered this all in one nutritional powder mix. It had all your vitamins, minerals, herbs, fruits, vegetables, antioxidants, greens, and even 5 different fiber plus alot more.

I bought it because I new I wasn't eating right, so I figure this way I would get the nutrition that my body needed. Just 2 scoops mixed with your favorite juice and you've supplied your body with an array of nutrition, But this is the best part for me. I new it had 5 different types of fibers, but I just bought the product because I new I wasn't eating right. Well the fibers cleansed me out, but not like some laxative, just a normal bowel movement. Within about 2 days my back and legs had stop hurting, and not only did I stop hurting but I have this real calm feeling about me now that I never had. Since my body is getting the nutrition it need, I also have noticed that I don't crave sweets as much as I used to.

This product is awesome. Sometimes when I'm looking at other nutrition products I say you know I need this, but then I stop and think, and then I go check the all in 1 nutritional powder mix and I see that it's already in it. If your suffering from constipation you should give this product a try, plus you will be giving your body the nutrition that it needs too.
