Losing weight seems too be the New Years resolution for numerous individuals. If you are one of those then chances are that this is not the first time you have made this resolution. Chances also are that you also probably tried and failed in previous years.

The first 20 minutes of your workout should be merely super-sets. Do not do any other type of weight lifting. Super-sets are extraordinary because they are good for burning fat and building muscle fast. In order too make a super-set workout to give you the greatest benefit you need too focus on huge muscle groups and combine this with up upper body and lower body exercises. For example, in your first super-set you might need too do dumbbell squats followed by incline chest presses. As you will see, this set is designed to target huge muscle groups such as the legs and chest.

Now that you figured out who you will do for your first 20 minutes, for the last 20 minutes you should, work on your cardio. The best type of cardio that will give you some of the best results in this short time is interval training. Interval training wilt target your belly area and carve out that six pack that is underneath. When doing intervals you do not need too do more than six. six is a perfect number. Make sure that your intervals are short, run very quickly for 30 seconds and and slow down for 1 minute. So make sure you add warm up and cool down period for recovery purposes.

As you can see, intervals and super-sets are a great to lose weight fast without spending hours at the gym. This Year you are on your way too a flat stomach, and healthy exercise regime.
