Do You Need An Online Mba?

How will I study?

The Distance learning MBA programs are flexible to enable teachers to attend classes Online university. This will include sessions in the evenings and on weekends.

Students are expected to take a Virtual Learning Environment of the Online University to support their studies, and will undertake a Distance learning at home and in their

place of education.

How will I be assessed?

Assessed through a range of assignments which could include (depending on the modules studied) Online MBA Class, reflective journal, an online task, presentation

seminar / conference 30 minutes and a dissertation.

When the Online course starts?

The course is offered for the first time in the latter part of September 2009 but students may join the Distance learning MBA program in January or after Easter. Usually

offered one module during each school term and students may wish to pursue one or more modules per year.

How long is the course?
Normally students will take up to 4 years to complete the degree.What if I do not complete a degree?
Students could not complete the course for whatever reason be eligible for subsequent awards from the University of Wales, depending on the number of credits earned:

Postgraduate Certificate - (60 credits)
Postgraduate Diploma - (120 credits)


What are the entry requirements?
Normally students are expected to hold a first degree at 2:1 or first class categories. However, the School encourages students who possess a professional qualification or

equivalent relevant professional experience to apply.

Because the course focuses on teaching and learning and will require students to draw on their experiences educate their own students will usually be in a job which allows them to reflect on their learning strategies and educate himself and to undertaking action research within their specific context. For example, a student may be undertaking
NQT Induction program or a program of Early Professional Development, a professor of primary, secondary or further education or an experienced professional who teaches

for part of his time.
