Do You Have Back Problems?

By:

When it comes to back pain and aches it really can be a frustrating situation! I know whenever my back goes out it really tends to not only be painful but a pain. I simply cannot take off work so I just end up sitting here in pain while I work with every bend and move leading with an "eee" and an "ooh". Since I do have a bad back I was looking into some ways to fix this problem. Yea, you can go to a chiropractor but in a lot of cases people would rather have a home remedy - something they don't have to pay for on every single visit. One thing that a lot of people tend to get is a machine called an Inversion Table also called a gravity table. If you have ever seen one of these machines you probably would think it was a torture machine.

Thankfully though - this does not cause pain. Instead, it gets rid of it. It does so by stretching your back. Inversion therapy involves hanging upside down or at an inverted angle with the intention of therapeutic benefits. So how does something like this work? Well when your body's weight is suspended from the lower body gravity tends to decompress all the joints in your body. Suspending by the feet, as with gravity boots or inversion tables, causes each joint in the body to be loaded in an equal and reverse manner to standing in an identical position of joint conjunction. A few of the most popular and well-known tables have been listed below for your benefit.

DEX II Decompression and Extension Machine - The Teeter DEX II is a forward-rotating, user-controlled inversion machine. Using the DEX II, the body is placed in a 90/90 position which helps to flatten the lumbar curve for greater separation of lower vertebrae. Traction is applied to the hip joints and spine, with no loads to the ankles and knee joints. This position is optimal for decompression.

EZ-Up Inversion System Gravity Boots and Inversion Rack - Any standard wood door frame (meeting the uniform building code) can be your center for inversion with the EZ-Up Inversion System, which comes complete with the Inversion Rack and Gravity Boots. Either component of the system may be purchased separately. Relief from back pain has been the experience of thousands of people who invert regularly. Not only that, the rejuvenating effects of inversion on the entire body provide health benefits far beyond the relief of back pain. Inversion can be used as a proactive approach to help maintain overall health. Hanging upside down can help to stretch and relax muscles, reduce stress and tension, and provide healthy movement for ligaments.

EP-550 Sport Inversion Table - Like the other inversion tables in the EP Series, the EP-550 Sport takes inversion therapy to the next level with a host of new and innovative features. Most notable is the new flex technology bed, making this table a great replacement for the F7000 inversion table, which it replaced. Unlike other inversion tables on the market, the bed on the EP-550 is designed to conform to your back which assures the ultimate in comfortable inversion.

While it does sound (and look) funny it really is a good way to get rid of back pain and problematic joints in the body. Just look on a search engine like Google and you will see millions of people giving personal testimonies (and videos) about these tables! Besides helping with pain these inversion tables can also be used to help with posture, flexibility, and blood flow as well!
