I love seeing footage of the Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitts kids. They are a lovely family plus the clothes they dress their children in has caused huge public interest on and offline, I had to look into it deeper.
Plenty of folk have gotten emotional about how they dress little Shiloh, who seems to dress more of a young boy than the baby princess of two of the most attractive, most widely known, celebs in the world today. Personally, I adore it, really when Angie was about to have Shiloh, the media all reported like this had to be the most pretty kid ever to grace the earth and you can understand why, just look at her gorgeous mother and father. Shiloh is an attractive baby, no doubt, but with the outfits Angelina and Brad dress her in she appears a little craggy, unpleasant even. I have seen images of Shiloh and thought her appearance was similar to another small Cobain than a princess of Angelina and Brad Pitt. But is it a mistake to dress a little girl like a young boy?
Angelina says this is what tiny Shiloh enjoys, and if that is what she wants, then why don't you allow her? Well, often what baby desires won't be right for her. My child desires to do many things and at 6 years of age he already knows that No is probably mommy's preferred word. If he would have liked to go out dressed in girls clothes would I let him? Absolutely not. It's not actually worth the bizarre attention he'd attract, the negative reaction, and yes, it'd even be life-threatening.
There's a basic truth here that was and might always be. Girls can wear boys styles and it not be THAT big of a deal. The reality is not that there's a girl out there dressing like a little boy. Tom boys have been around since time began, I am sure. The difficulty is, it's Angelina and Brad's little adorable daughter that's's strolling around dressed like a little Shaun White.
It's for this very same reason that I approve of Angelina and Brad for allowing Shiloh to dress as she wants. I adore it when folks do not get what they need, when what they want is so empty and mindless. Brad Pitt and Angelia Jolie have a kid together so everyone thinks this will be the loveliest fairy princess in recent history. And guess what? She simply is an ordinary kid. A little abnormal some might suggest, but those folks are most likely the types who hold biases against other nationalities based simply on the type of Starbucks coffee they drink.
Furthermore, I think Shiloh looks great sometimes. Sometimes she really does look a bit too grungy and grimy. It's one thing to dress like a boy but she could dress like a neat boy, seeing as her dad has a reputation for being very well dressed. I love to see images of tiny Shiloh and Zahara together. It is to me like Zahara is the pretty-fairy-princess of the family, and Shiloh would be the type to beat up anyone who might pick on her for being unique or being adopted. And truly, if Shiloh is raised to be that kind of an individual her mother and father did adone a fantastic job as parents.
