Do Ghosts Really Exist?

Halloween is a day celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal for years now. On this day, it is believed that the spirits come out and roam freely. In spite of being aware of that, we readily send our kids out for tricking and treating. Is it because you doubt the very existence of ghosts? Do these spirits actually exist or is their existence just a myth? Find out in this article. What are ghosts? Traditionally believed, a ghost is a soul of a dead person or animal that appears in an invisible form. Various theories about the existence of ghosts have been developed time and again. There are several books written on their existence. Ghosts are also observed in several cultures. Science states that when a person is dead, his or her existence in the world is over. However many of us believe in the thing called souls. While the body dies after a period of time, the soul dwells forever. Religious people believe that a soul returns back to the place where it came from, heaven. Other religious people also believe that the soul takes a new form and takes birth once again. Contradicting both these beliefs comes the third theory that the soul keeps roaming about on earth. It is believed that this usually occurs when a wish of the dead person is goes unfulfilled. It is believed that some ghosts are here for vengeance on those who have caused their death. Many people have given testimonies about witnessing a ghost in real life. Movies like Paranormal Activity and The Blair Witch Project also are made related to such theories. There are professional ghost hunters as well who conduct research on the existence of spirits and ghosts. Many of these theories stated by them are almost believable. There are also methods that certain people use to bring the dead to life. At times we also come across pictures that have captured ghosts. However, nobody can claim that these pictures are 100% authentic.

Are these theories real? Or are they simply a way to frighten people? No one knows! But whether you believe them or not, the bravest of all would be freaked out, if they had to spot someone in white floating next to them. I'm not kidding!
