Display Rental Types

By:

If you are regularly attending seminars and conventions and feel that your presentation needs a little more pizzazz, yet your budget prevents you from buying new displays, consider display rental to meet your needs. When you rent, you can get great displays for conventions and other presentations, and also help with setup, takedown and storage, without the higher cost of owning your own equipment. If you do choose to rent, you will need to choose carefully from the following types of displays.

Island Exhibits

If your position at the convention is not in a cubical, consider renting an island exhibit. These invite the visitor into the exhibit area to interact with your signage and information kiosks. You can choose from a variety of layouts, including designs that have a central tower focus and those that have a banner highlighting the name of your business. The main benefit of island exhibits is the flexibility they provide. Because you are not set to rent a large piece, such as a base wall, you can experiment with the layout until you find one that flows well for your needs.

Peninsula Displays

When considering display rental for a situation in which your display will be against at least one wall, consider a peninsula unit. These units are open on three sides, with one larger side that is perfect for setting against the wall. Like island exhibits, they invite the visitor to come inside your area and interact with your display, with the option for self-standing kiosks with computers or samples on them available.

Inline Displays

For display rental when you are visiting a small area, consider an inline exhibit. This is basically a large poster that sits behind a podium or table. These work well for small booths at large conventions. A bright logo and picture on the wall behind you will draw attention, while the small design gives you space to set up a table even in crowded quarters.

Even Smaller Options

Sometimes your space at a trade show comes at a premium price. To ensure that you are represented without breaking the budget, consider display rental for a table top or counter display. These take up little space but make a big statement. They can also be added to inline, peninsula, and island exhibits to add a bit more information about your company.

Considerations

When looking for a company to handle your display rental needs, look for one with a variety of displays available, ensuring you get exactly what you need. Then, consider the amount of support you will receive. You want a company that is able to handle the setup and take down of your displays, and will even store them for you when the show is done. This eliminates much of the stress you take on when getting ready for a tradeshow, and ensures that the display is handled without damage. When you find the company that offers the right services, contact them to get a price on the types of displays you are considering.
