Overview of the park

Though the concept of indoor water parks is relatively new, Fallsview is quite non-traditional. For new comers, it's located in a dome on the roof of a parking garage but unlike other indoor water parks, none of its tube slides extend outside the facility. And since there are no signs on the dome, it's impossible for the millions of Niagara Falls visitors passing by it to know that it's an indoor water park.

It's touted as the North America's largest water park and hotel complex. The water park is not the largest in square footage, nor does it have the greatest number or breadth of attractions. But the complex is the largest, its owners say, because it includes 1200 hotel rooms.

Indoor Water Park Square Footage

When it was in the planning stages, the park's developers anticipated it to be 90,000 square feet but as Fallsview was being built, its designers added a mezzanine and outdoor activity pool which brought the total up to 125,000 square feet.

Entry to the Park

Getting to the park is an adventure. Access is via two small elevators located off the lobby of the Brock Plaza that are also used for the parking garage and service employees. Wait times can be long though. Three of the hotels have indoor access to the park (although Sheraton guests have a winding route that takes them through the Hard Rock Cafe).

Fallsview Indoor Water Park Admission Policy

The water park is open to the general public as well as to registered guests of the Falls Avenue complex hotels: Sheraton on the Falls, the Brock Plaza, the Skyline Inn, and the Hampton Inn. Admission to the water park is not automatically included in hotel rates, but hotel guests can purchase water park packages at a highly reduced price.
