Once health care becomes an inalienable right then it will be impossible for anyone to live without it.

On the other hand, the people are currently fighting against the government in court to make it unconstitutional to force people to have health insurance. Since the current plan looks to insure everyone in an attempt to keep health care costs down the government will not only require that people purchase and maintain health insurance it will also fine those who do not have health insurance and this is a point that is facing much public criticism.

These issues are interesting to look at and do leave you to wonder whether health care is going to be a right or an obligation since there seems to be two different schools of thought on the subject. On one hand they are saying that the current health care will require the government to insure everyone but on the other hand they are going to make everyone pay their own way, which then doesn't sound like it is a right but an obligation or a mandate.

People in this country like to have choices. If they don't have them then it makes things really tough. If the health care reforms don't actually give people choices then it is going to be pretty hard to get it passed. Because this issue will effect all of us the time to state your case is now.
