The junk foods are created from refined ingredients like refined sugar, saturated fat and refined flour. They do not include essential nutrients needed for our body. When you eat fruits, vegetables and other low fat items your physique gets good nutrition. This reduces the risk of certain types of cancers, high blood glucose level, cholesterol, heart diseases and fat gain. So your meals should include only those substances that are made of whole grain or minimally processed ones.
