When comes to running diets, many people hold different opinions. Good diets may fit some people, but not always like that. This topic is always being talked a lot because the result is different to different people. I will list my opinion about this topic in this article.
A few years ago, when I started running shortly after training, one day I could not help but eat a very hearty meal for lunch, two pieces of burgers, French fried snacks and added some drinks such as milk. I cursed myself on the way of go home from work, I feel heavy and struggled to every movement. I struggled to finish the running exercise and all this is depend on my strong will, no happy experience at all. The result is opposite, I run faster than ever before, and feel just like floating in the air and the foot do not touch ground at all. My feet like swings, light and quick touch the asphalt, sand and grass.
Think again the scene of another run. That time I am not full. I was doing exercise and preparing for a marathon game, I want to make some of their weight loss and a number of thin. Before starting, I feel tired and no power. Besides, it was extremely hot that day, almost Ninety Fahrenheit degrees. I think the last two running experiences in the same scene, I am not pleased at all. However, when I ran down the runway, slowly adjust the pace of the rhythm; I suddenly realized that it would also be unusual day. I did not care hot weather and run along the road, feel pleasant and not tired at all. When I came to a park near the river, I drunk some water and went on running.
